As a “User” of this PitchBam platform, by accessing and using the PitchBam platform, in the testing phase, hereinafter referred to as “Platform”, I agree and accept the following conditions:

1.⁠ ⁠Participation in the Testing Phase: I understand and agree that I am participating in the testing phase of the Platform and that my access and use of it are voluntary.

2.⁠ ⁠Contribution to Improvements: I commit to actively contributing to the testing phase of the Platform, providing feedback, error reports and suggestions for improvement in an honest and constructive way.

3.⁠ ⁠Confidentiality and Data Protection: I recognize that, during testing of the Platform, I may have access to confidential information and personal data. I undertake to maintain the confidentiality of such information and to protect personal data as established by the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and other applicable regulations.

4.⁠ ⁠Authorized Use of the Platform: I declare that I will use the Platform only for the purposes established in this testing phase, refraining from any improper, illegal or unauthorized use.

5.⁠ ⁠Liability for Damages: I acknowledge that I am responsible for any damage caused to the Platform, its developers or third parties due to my misuse or inappropriate use during the testing phase.

6.⁠ ⁠Termination of the Test Phase: I understand that the test phase of the Platform may be terminated at any time, without prior notice, for a period of up to 12 (twelve) months, starting from December 2023, and that the final version of the Platform may include changes or modifications based on the results of the testing phase.

This Terms of Acceptance of Conditions in Test Phase comes into force from the moment I access and use the Platform and will remain in force until the end of the test phase.
